POLYFLOW Blow Molding
SIGMASOFT Thermoplastic: Filled Amorphous Material
This TestPak generates the properties needed to perform a simulation of the filling, packing, and cooling phases, as well as warpage/shrinkage and viscoelastic post-molding behavior. These include Bagley-corrected viscosity vs. shear rate at three temperatures (two in the processing range and one below); thermal conductivity; specific heat vs. temperature; PVT data taken in the isothermal heating mode for amorphous materials; and tensile modulus and Poisson's ratio vs. temperatures in two direction as well as shear modulus vs. temperature, and CLTE in two directions. Model fitting for SIGMASOFT is included.

Filled pellet material must be provided for the rheology, thermal conductivity, and specific heat tests; filled plaques must be supplied for the CLTE, modulus with Poisson's ratio, and PVT tests.
Measured property data is provided. A SIGMASOFT data file containing all the raw data and fits is provided ready-to-load into the program.
