B-SIM Basic + Thermal Properties

Description  
Properties needed to perform a Standard analysis with the B-SIM blow-molding simulation software are generated. The tests include; equibiaxial elongational viscosity at 3 strain rates all at 3 temperatures, and solid density, specific heat and melt thermal conductivity. A KBKZ material model is fit.
