Data Delivery Service

DatapointLabs offers its clients the option to receive their test results over secure web-based pipelines. Using Matereality’s next generation Data Delivery Service™ (DDS) DatapointLabs brings added efficiencies and cost reduction with next day test results delivery directly to client’s Matereality account in TrueDigital format. TrueDigital is a paperless (non-pdf) format where all data including context of the testing performed is stored digitally, allowing for paperless storage and archival of materials data. Some added benefits:

  • Secure delivery of test results from our testing facilities to your PC. You control who can see your data-always!
  • Ability to handle highly diverse material data, simple and complex.
  • Ability for you to search and browse all your material data in a single location.
  • Ability to view, print, export data using Internet Explorer or Netscape.
  • Powerful tools to visualize material data, examine dependencies, assess variability and establish authenticity via data certificates.
  • Ability for you to selectively share your data with other Matereality users.
  • Option for you to consolidate all material data from multiple sources into your own Matereality Material Database, Matereality Domain, or Material DataServer.
  • Save on Fedex report shipping charges. DatapointLabs uploads your test results to Matereality’s digital platform at no extra charge.

Why are we using MaterealityDDS?
We at DatapointLabs spend a significant portion of our time managing archived client data. We process requests for a range of services including:

  • Locating lost data and reissuing test reports.
  • Unit conversions.
  • Translation of test data into material models.
  • Generation of export files for third party applications.
  • Transmission of test results to others.

Some of these services are performed at no charge while others are time-consuming, causing us to charge fees. Matereality takes over these roles for us. You are in charge of your data; fully electronic, always available, never lost.
