This Testpak includes testing to satisfy GM CAE testing requirements for filled materials. It covers 6 strain rates; 0.001-1000/s excluding 0.1/s. 2 reps of DIC per strain rate up to 100/s is performed. Testing is performed in three orientations, 0°, 45°, and 90°. Another tensile test using a full sized tensile bar is also performed. Shear tests in three orientations (0°, 45°, and 90°) are performed along with a density test. Flexural tests at 2 speeds and two orientations (0° and 90°) are performed. An impact test is also performed at 4.4 m/s and 2.2 m/s.
