Testing is performed to obtain thermal diffusivity in the solid state , solid density and specific heat. Thermal conductivity is calculated. Data is formatted for the MAT4 model.

Options
Tests can also be done in the molten state by special request. MAT4 models generated in the molten state may require additional testing in order to obtain viscosity values as well as enthalpy and convection values. Please call to make this special request.

[details]Application
The MAT4 model is used to describe constant or temperature dependent thermal properties of a material. The basic model contains solid state single temperature values. This model can be extended to include temperature dependent single-phase change data for additional cost.
