POLYFLOW Blow Molding
POLYFLOW is a finite-element based CFD package for the analysis of blow molding. Different blow molding processes such as extrusion blow molding and injection (stretch) blow molding can be simulated. POLYFLOW also offers the unique capability to combine the simulation of both the parison programming and the blow molding stage. Integral viscoelastic models of the KBK-Z family, including damping functions, are used to properly model the polymer behavior. Slipping phenomena between the mold and the polymer can be taken into account
